The coffee lurks
The wind turns
My feet stay
My hands lay

I sit in silence
I think of peace
I think of tranquility
And winning defeat

Defeat of the day
Defeat of the pain
Victory over loneliness
Victory over succumb-ness

Take on your life
Shine your best light
